The Kitchin
Last Saturday I did some commercial photography for a fabulous new restaurant in Leith called "The Kitchin". Run by an amazing couple, the food's amazing and the internal space is amazing.
They have just been nominated for Best New Restaurant and based on what I saw and ate I can see why, the seafood was the best I have ever tasted. For more details please visit The Kitchin
Duo toned images
I've had an enquiry this week about whether I offer duo tone images - i.e. only two colours - say white and brown.
I can and here is an example of a toned wedding image from Lesley and Andrew's wedding at the Grouse and Claret, Kinross.
Exit Stage Right
No weddings this weekend. Gave me some time to relaunch my web site as there were problems for visitors using Firefox.
Here's another landscape from last Saturday. Called "Exit Stage Right" as the water leaves the loch to the right side of this sluice.
Driftwood
Another image from tonight's trip to the Findatie Sluice on Loch Leven. This image made me think of Travis's big hit "Driftwood"

Sixth Sense
Tonight I planned to take some moon rise shots but it was too cloudy. The clouds looked interesting so I changed my plans. I had planned to drive the eastern end of my local Loch but drove to the west end instead.
I'm often asked how I get my landscapes of Loch Leven - call it a sixth sense but tonight's cloudscape was amazing. More from tonight's eventful landscape photography session to follow throughout the week.
